Take a TUMS

To tell someone to calm/settle down or chill out. Similar to "take a chill pill."

Etymology of the phrase originates with TUMS, a brand of antacid pills to relieve heartburn and indigestion (i.e. 'settle the stomach').

Dude, take a TUMS. It's not a big deal.
