Southern Beat-Down

Its when you put a Confederate flag on your chest, then put on country music (Sweet Home Alabama works great!) Then, you quickly beat up the closest person near you.

My head still hurts from when Phil gave me that Southern Beat-Down!

down head

Depending on the rest of the sentence i.e., context; depressing, depression, or depressing event or situation. Bummed out, bummer.

1) Aw dude ... you're giving me a down head! (You are depressing me)
2) Sorry to hear that ... that's a down head. (That is a depressing event, or bummer)
3) I'm in a down head (bummed-out mood ... though it is rarely used in this way, I would certainly understand what the person meant if s/he said this)

hold down the fort

1. To keep a fort from flying away when the fort has such a low density that it tends to float off.
2. To take care of a place while someone who is usually there is gone, such as a store or one's home.

When unsure as to which definition should be applied, it can help to judge the person's intelligence - morons usually mean #2. A less moronic term for #2 would be "to hold the fort".

Someone had to stay at the playground and hold down the fort while the anchor weights were being replaced.

This means "what is up?" at that moment of time. It has a similar meaning as "what's happening?"

"Not much slave"
"you call me a slave honkey? I'ma bitch slap yo ass"

Sit down and rotate

A vulgar order given as an equivalent of "shove it up your ass, shut up, go fuck yourself", it usually implies that someone is being arrogant. Literally meaning "go sit on a cock and spin", it's also worded as "Sit on it and spin, sit on it and rotate, and 'go sit and spin'.

I am the highest born woman in these United States.

Go sit down and rotate.
