A "hustler" that don't know how to stay in the game- usually carries the only $500 to their name with them at all times to look ballerific. Baller points is a points system(that nobody keeps track of) and are awarded and deducted by anyone in a group of friends for certain acts. Points are awarded win a person in the group does something good or funny, deducted for doing something lame or stupid.
