Another name for a Cyber Bully, e-bullies are very cocky bastards on the Internet who have one main purpose: being a complete jerk and scaring away the new kids.
E-Bullies usually come from normal regular people (who are weak minded) who are bullied by an E-Bully, and thus to get revenge become one themselves and continue the disease as infectious as AIDs itself.
These people are usually soft people inside, so you can just retaliate and they will usually show their true form. Large pussies.

This is a completely American-developed breed. This is the breed that is most often defined as 'pit-bull'. They are not bred the same as the APBT or American Staffordshire terrier. Depending on what the dog is bred for, he may or may not be good with children. But despite its feirce appearence, they are usually even-tepmered. These dogs are bred with much more muscle than their APBT or Amstaff ancestors. They can be trained in areas such as Schutzhund, weight pulling, and other related activites. The ears are sometimes seen left natural but are most commonly cropped. The American Bully is often frowned upon because of its breeding. People say that these are just curs that are not true 'pit bulls'. It is true that they are not 'pit bulls' because they are a whole different dog. They are becoming their own individual breed apart and are not the American Bulldog, American pit bull terrier, or American Staffordshire terrier. They are a modern breed being perfected for preference and purpose. They are the American Bully.
The American Bully is different than any other 'pit bull' type breed and should not be mistaken for any other.

A person(s) who disturbs another person(s) quiet enjoyment of peace either purposely or doesn't care or amazingly doesn't know with their self-absorbed, child-like, disrespectful, and rude Loudness. Several examples include: talking on a cell phone, talking period, headphones/ear buds, "music" (especially distorted bass, angry rock, obscene rap), partying, arguing, yelling at kids to be quiet, TV, radio, video games, revving motorcycles, screeching tires, slamming doors, pounding repeatedly on a door, honking horns, musical instruments, loud sex, and perhaps the worst--barking dogs.
Here we go again, the noise bully in the apartment is partying and playing his "music" so loud it is disturbing everyone's quiet enjoyment of peace.
