ACCAPELLA RAPPER SYNDROME. the inability to stay on beat when u rap or mc'ing and or not knowing where the even/down beat is..suffers of this disease will have problems staying on beat and or you find yourself listening to them waiting for the rhyming part that never comes..
johnny rapper always writes 15 (bars) instead of 16 or 11 and half instead of 12.. usually said such rapper has never wrote to beats in early part of career. known sufferers of this disease is CAPPADONA, FREEWAY,RZA and early SHEEK LUCHE.. The title of the boxing video game that is featured in the music video for 50 Cent's Piggy Bank. This imaginary video game features 50 Cent as the best and strongest boxer, who takes on all of his real-life enemies in the boxing ring. Those enemies appear symbolically, as maybe the producer of the video game wasn't able to make all of their faces in 3D. Among the rappers getting knocked out by 50 Cent are Jadakiss, Fat Joe, and Nas. Game is never in the ring with 50, but he is featured as a Mr. Potato Head. This, of course, led game to create the retaliatory song "Mr. Potato Head", featuring Phat Rat, which many consider knocks out Piggy Bank.

Who is the best freestyle rapper ever? In my opinion Harry Mack is the best rapper ever for non rehearsed, off the top of the head rap.
The best freestyle rapper in my opinion of course. Free style rapping is rapping from things that people are saying doing or stuff you are seeing in the moment while your rapping or rhyming about it in the moment.
