1) Is a group of people typically that live in the south. They are typically pictured as white people that have dirty clothes on and are living in a trailer. Rednecks are actually nice people who once you interact with them you would understand that they aint idiots but nice hard working people. Sure they may appear to be bad people but as the saying goes " Dont judge a book by its cover".

A person who doesn't get proper blood flow past their neck and into the brain which results in poor reasoning skills, low IQ and, of course, a red neck.

Rednecks are people who don't live in cities in any part of the United States. Some live in the Northwest.
Where there is more undeveloped land, than developed.
Where more people own guns than don't. Where seeing someone walking down the street with a gun(including AR's) is a normal & we don't go into a panic because we think they are going to ambush us. Where owning a gun is needed. Not to protect us from people, because we don't kill each other in redneck country (even though we all own guns. Odd to city people; especially when they think all guns kill people). We need guns from wildlife that may attack, and come hunting season, an elk will feed our family for a year.
Where we love God & family & friends. We believe in "love your neighbor as yourself", where the whole town will come together when one of "our" kids has cancer and raise thousands to help that family in need, where if we lose a man in a mine accident, the whole town grieves.
Where we DO have indoor plumbing but can still pee in the woods.
Where fun isn't movies, or malls or museums. A rednecks mall are the mudholes where we 4x4. We go floating down the lazy river, take the ATV in the mountains and look for "shed". A movie is laying in the back of our truck with a blanket, hoping to catch a falling star (God's theater.)
To a redneck, city people are aliens, too self indulgent and highly discouraged into coming into "our" country. Where Live and Let Live is a way of life and not just a bumper sticker.

at my school we have what we call the rednecks or hick squad
these people arent what most people define as rednecks.
these people wear redwing boots, hollister shirts and pants, and have really short clean cut hair. yet they are obsessed with chewing and have absolutely NO grammer. Their hobbies are chewing, ridin their brutes (term meaning fourwheeler), gettin drunk on the strip job, listening to country, inbreading, playing sports, video games, making fun of what they call "emo-fags" which to them is anyone not wearing boots or nike shocks. they are all rebels til the day they die. they travel in large groups and will yell something like hey emo fag and when you turn around and say who the fuck say that they just act like it wasnt them because they are only badass on the internet.
vobulary is very small. - hold'er, waaaiiiiilllll, yyeeaaaahh, i aint gay, wail i guess you aint gay, hold dat sonbitch, git r' done, rebel til the day i die, crosser up, gottachew, copenhagen, can i have that bottle when your done, go cut your wrist emo fag, waiiit, holder newt, muh shit-kicks, hail no, you gotcha n' ayuss whoopin comin yur wayee.
