Used in the Restaurant/Bar and Grill Industry to describe a hot water with lemon. Primarily ordered by groups of Asians in place of an actual beverage. . Aggravating for a server or bartender especially when ordered by a handful of people in a bigger group because it means no money but just as much work.
Also known as an R&R "Rotter&Remon" (water with lemon)

An oriental hack of the throat. This is usually sudden and unpleasent. the sound made is very harsh and ear pearcing, it is comparable to that of a feline coughing up a hairball!

A: Check it out. A guy from Taiwan submitted a resume to us that includes his blood type. What's up with that?
B: Get with the program. He's just using Chinese logic. They include that information on resumes over there.
