Someone who tries to get the approval of their oppressors. These people will often throw others from their group under the bus and embrace the oppression against them in an attempt to get attention from the oppressors.
Origin: From the phrase "pick me" which is often yelled by classmates in a classroom in media when their teacher asks a question.
Gays Against Groomers has a lot of pick me gay people.
A girl who acts and says she is different so she can get attention from guys.

A term used to refer to those perceived as going out of their way to fit in with/appeal to members of a dominant group within their society. The pick-me is usually a member of a marginalized group within that society.
