When something or someone should be talked about (in a positive light). Used to compliment somebody on how their thing or they themselves are of such high quality, people should speak of it more.
Person 1: woah, I like those shoes, they’re pretty chobblesome!
Person 2: thanks man! Your shirt is pretty chobblesome as well!
Something that is worth getting talked about. It doesn't have to be positive but can also be negative, althought it mostly is considered a positive word.
Person 1: "you look very chobblesome today."
Person 2: "oh thank you very much so"
