Another name for a mystery shopper.
Basically people who are sent to shops, restaurants or other places, to act as regular customers and give a report of their experience at the end of the day. Their work is very confidential since “their cover is not supposed to be blown” in any way while on a job, as this would defeat the purpose.
Their services are usually needed by companies and business who are looking to evaluate their customer service performance mostly.

this term is used to describe people who get hand picked from taylor swift herself to come and listen to her new album at her house a month before its released. people would DIE to go to a secret session it is truly the best life experience for a swiftie in the universe.

isabella “sarah i can finally tell you that i was invited to the secret sessions”
sarah “omg girl NO WAY i would die!! you’re so lucky”

needs no further explanation: a secret that weighs heavy because you have been carrying it along for a bit and all you really want is for it to be told. to make it light and turn it into a positive, uplifting, nourishing, inspiring fact of your life.
Im getting tired of this heavyweight secret on my back. My life is on the brink of transition and demands resolution. No games, no secrets, no tricks. It might hurt some but in the long run my healthy self will heal everybody else.
