FUGLY. Description. When you see a person who is so ugly they are FUGLY. Beyond ugly mostly due to their inner character.
Short for Fucking Ugly.
Also can be a descriptor for outward appearance more likely due to their bad dress sense and overall appearance. In combination with their character.
"That guy is FUGLY! Just check out the way he looks! He's acting like the world owes him!"
