Someone who dresses like this is a entire hot topic store and then proceeds to get upset when you call them something they are.

A group on the now deleted app popjam where anyone could join, it started out with regular Gacha creators but eventually someone named celebration joined and fucked it all up, eventually causing it to collapse, it got so bad that problematic people got glorified, etc.
There were also like 2 predators, people who painted with period blood, and more.
