tweeting out something on twitter to delete it not long after
all i do on twitter is tweet n delete!
When a person signs up for twitter and only uses it for one day, then never goes on the account again.
Person1:Hey, do you have a twitter account?
Person2:I did. But it was a bit of a one tweet stand.

The uncomfortable sensation that you've already heard a snippet of news before. Differs from Dejá Vu (where you *think* you have) - in that you HAVE heard it over and over again. Usually the news concerns something cool the tweeter is about to do, or has recently achieved. Essentially, they're reminding you to congratulate them. Over and *over* again.
Brad: If Kenny tweets me he got tickets for Susan Boyle, one more time, I'm gonna bust him up.
Jenny: I'm getting 'Tweet-já Vu', all over again.
Brad: Mos' Def'. Hey! Didn't we have this conversation already?
