When someone says/does something or an event unfolds that your mind can not comprehend. When something catches you off guard. Only to be used when you need a way to say you are more than just confused, but the situation has done you a good confuse.
*Kyle and Jason walk into a 7-11 to purchase a large quantity of slim jims
Kyle: "Yo J, where are all the long bois at?"
Jason: "I dont even know dawg, they should be right here in these empty boxes that say sold out, but they're not! Doin me a Good Confuse!"
When so many people get the name of a song wrong that it necessitates parentheses containing the song's mistaken name along with its ACTUAL name so people don't get frustrated when they can't find it. It can also occur if the title of the song is too verbose. (Again, this too can be caused by people getting the title wrong.)

* "Bang a Gong" was originally called "Get It On," but it was later changed.
An action of a group of people doing distracting things causing you to become confused.

What happens to people when they get frustrated and confused by bad sequel titles for a series of movies, video games etc.
The person who is affected by this will question the decisions by the companies which named the films what they did, often in an angry way. This condition can manifest in big fans of the series who are used to the numbering of their series or people who are just a bit obsessive about the ordering of items.
Joe: Hey James, what's up?
James: I can't believe what they named the new film in my favourite series, I was so used to the crisp clean ordering of the films in the franchise and now that they've just dumped this horrible title out... I'm just pissed off at them now!
Joe: What's the problem by this exactly?
James: What's the problem? WHAT'S THE PROBLEM!? The problem is that they've tarnished my favourite series of movies! Just look at these names!
