A relationship relying on a media which cannot convey emotion; rather, inspire emotional responses based solely on the interpretation of the recipient which, being constructed almost entirely from their own idealistic expectations, often proves to be falsely based. Commonly found in "catfish" cases (see Catfish).
I've been talking to Amy and we're completely in love with each other. I've only ever spoken to her on facebook, and she says she doesn't have a webcam, but I love her with all my heart and I want to marry her.
- Since the only medium in which any contact has been made is just text-based, any emotions are created by the recipient, not the proposer. Hence, the emotion is not actually consistent between both parties, resulting in a pseudo-emotional relationship.

When someone has a blonde moment and their hair is not originally blonde.
Kelly (not born blonde): As I was leaving for work today I couldn't find my keys. I looked everywhere in the store and even asked my friend to help me look for them. When I got to my car, I found them... I locked them in my car.
James: Haha, you had a blonde moment.
Kelly: I'm not blonde, though.
James: My bad, you had a pseudo-blonde moment.
When you are listening to music in your car and you think you hear a siren, but it was actually just the music.
"Last night I heard a Pseudo-music siren, I always think its an actual siren!"
This form was originally labeled as the true Super Saiyan form, but later re-labeled as "Giji" or "Pseudo" Super Saiyan after the actual Super Saiyan form was introduced in the Dragon Ball manga.
In this form, a Saiyan's irises and pupils are no longer visible. His body bulks up a little, his hair almost straightens, his skin color also appears to have a yellow hue to it, but there is no considerable change in feature other than a red tint to his hair (due to the reflection of the yellow aura on his hair, his hair is not actually red). He gains a yellowish surge of aura.
One way to put it is that the Pseudo Super Saiyan transformation occurs when a Saiyan doesn't have a strong enough mental urge to properly transform. It is apparent, however, that the form gives a large power increase, enough for Goku, who was being easily beaten previously by Lord Slug, to now quickly overwhelm him.
"What? He's a Super Saiyan, yet not a Super Saiyan. So Pseudo Super Saiyan is what Super Saiyan was supposed to look like?"
With all his breast-beating and his quoting of brand-name intellectuals, he likes to give the impression that he is a high-minded individual concerned about society and politics. The truth is he does it only to impress girls and to garner fawning syncophants to stroke his ego. Otherwise, he really has no interest in others, no matter what they might bring to a conversation. That's why he's a pseudo-int.

There are people who consider themselves pro-life. They are eager to stand and scream in front of a Planned Parenthood clinic (harassing women going in for Pap smears but not actually stopping even one abortion). However, they don't seem the least bit interested in opposing war or capital punishment (which would really save lives).
They also seem uninterested in addressing rape, incest, poverty, economic and social injustice, lack of access to adequate nutrition, lack of access to adequate health care, or sexual ignorance -- all of which are factors that drive the rate of abortion.
This leads outside observers to the conclusion that such people are more interested in being seen to be publicly righteous than in actually furthering the values they claim to uphold. I tell you, they have their reward.
"You hear Ms. Catholic over there calling for that guy to be executed?" -- "Yeah, she's totally pseudo pro-life. Consistent ethic of life, my ass."

A pseudo first name is a middle name that's also connected to your first name. It is technically your middle name, but i also technically your first name. The only way to have your middle name connected to your first name is through a hyphen. if you're middle name is connected to your first name then it is a pseudo first name
