Variant of Crack head, crack rat, crackie, etc. Used to refer to one who smokes crack cocaine wandering the streets with the gait of a hallucinating chicken. Often seen at night in dark, shadowy places. Scurries away at first light.

A white roach is a term used for any white person usually females, who walk around in a bad, mostly black, neighborhood. They may look out of place at first however they have grown up here and it will be obvious when they begin to speak.

A plastic bottle (usually a water bottle) that is used to take the roach of a blunt and turn it into an impromptu pipe.
Done by burning two holes into a bottle, one for the bunt, one for the carb.
