Overpaid and clueless assholes who are easier stupidest cops ever. They drive around state parks in their shitty trucks harassing innocent people who catch too many fish or park on the grass. They dress like State Troopers, but have half the IQ of one. Needless to say, they are the ones who didn't have balls to be real cops. They are also one of the things the State wastes their budget on

For Example a original term like Conservative Hate Culture gets turned into Liberal Hate Culture by some butthurt conservative.
COD often comes along with ignorance toward their own hypocritical ways as well as a snobby attitude towards those who don't agree with them.

A term used by management when they attempt to look good to the inspectors, bill collectors, media, and regulators as to why they will not attempt to follow previously set rules and regulations.
This term is often used when something is taken past normal limitations and specifications.
This decision often saves the company from short term expenses and explanations but in a longer time frame can cost several times more than the early simple fix would have.
Employee: Sir, there is no oil in the engine and the manual says to immediately shut down and fill with oil.
Manager: After looking at the problem, we have used our conservative decision making that the engine must still be ran for the time being until we have the funds and a good time to add oil.
2 days later.
Employee: Well sir, I told you there was no oil in the engine and due to our conservative decision making we decided to keep it running but it now will no longer operate until we buy a replacement engine.
Proposed by historians Sir Keeler Gonzales, Empress Mai Ton, and Archduke Sai Sriram in the early 21st century, on the campus of William Marsh Rice University, the law of conservation of grind states that the grind never stops but merely takes different forms. Grind takes three principle forms, potential grind, kinetic grind, and party grind ("grinding" grind as it is known outside of the intellectual community). Potential grind is given by the expression Mass x hours of sleep x g (the grind constant). g=69 grinds/sec^2. Kinetic grind is given by the expression (1/2)Pp^2. P=panic constant p= procrastination factor. Party grind is the inverse of kinetic grind, but can increase exponentially as given by dA/dt (alcohol over time). This Law has been widely accepted in the scientific and educational communities.

The Law of Conservation of Mass states that sluts will always change form into another form of slut. The slut content is conserved.

Where the Conservatives refuse to raise taxes but continue to spend more than they have so then borrow from other countries like China until the deficit is more than can ever be paid back.
The Spend and Borrow Conservatives (Republicans) cut taxes for the rich then make a war that costs billions a month, in order to pay for the war they borrow from China.
The Spend and Borrow Conservatives make all kinds of rules for the schools then don't fund them, after all why not just borrow the money from someone else, thats the spend and borrow way.
