A Twitter head is a person whose thoughts, ideologies and lingo are based off constantly changing Twitter trends. They talk in Twitter popular words and would completely absorb most information made popular on Twitter there by making it a part of their personality.
Person 1: Why is your friend calling everyone crackheads?
Person 2: lol I wouldn't mind him, He's a Twitter head so I'm sure it's a word that began trending about an hour ago.

Highly active on Twitter and is probably a fan of kpop , a good way to spot them is their heavy use of emojis like "💅😌✨" and a (Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Kpop, Megan Thee Stallion) profile picture, probably having an argument with someone in twitter replies.
