The term was started by the Youtube celebrities Ethan and Hila Klien while making a skit for their video, Hila's Biggest Regret (#askh3).
Hila-"Come on Ethan you've been in the bathroom for 20 minutes!"
Ethan-"I'm doing my good morning god bless Hila it's going to take at least another 10 minutes"

The act of drink coffee while taking a shit. Some people will have breakfast while preforming a Good morning, god bless It normally take place in the mornings. It is more common the you think but Ethan Klein brought the term to mainstream.
