A new class of late 20-somethings that are accustom to the "finer things" but are suddenly finding themselves strapped for cash and job hunting. Best used as an adjective for a behavioral juxtoposition which demonstrates the clash between their residual behaviors/issues from their former and current lifestyles.
My phone is messed up. I think when I went to Europe and switched sim cards, I damaged my american sim card. Now I'm too busy job hunting and too broke to replace it. I know, boo-ho me and my hobo bourgeois excuses...

when black people don't want to do something because they will be seen as "poor", like shopping at Food City instead of Randall's Supermarket, or spending 200 damn dollars on some bullshit at Dillard's when I look just as good if not better by shopping at Marshall's and i still got money to spend at the club on drinks. Not that i'd need to cuz i'd be lookin so good people would buy me drinks all night. i digress.

A Bourgeois-racist is a middle-class person who sees racism where no racism is intended and in doing so reveal the own unconscious racism.
The happy advert showed a small black child with the caption ‘cheeky monkey’. The bourgeois-racists of the mainstream media made such a fuss about what they saw as overt racism in the advert they revealed for all to see their own unconscious, unacknowledged actual racism.
