When you feel like a matter has ended but is still confused, and you are left in a state of dismay but relief. The word is a mix of conclusion and confused to take elements of each word and create an enhanced meaning.

*conclused, conclusing, conclusative are the three acceptable forms; any other forms will concluse the meaning of the word*

That meeting was such a mess, and now I am very conclused. I need a nap.

In da infamous "Burns and Allen" episode about George's attempts to obtain supplementary life insurance and assist a group of girl scouts, he winds up with a horrendous case of poison ivy, but da naive insurance agent mistakes it for an infectious disease. His merely taking a closer look might have resulted in his making a more rashional conclusion.
