Dece is anything that is really sweet. Dece is basically just the best word ever and can only be described by itself so you can't actually define dece, because it cannot be understood by meer mortals.

Usually used to understate how utterly brilliant the quality of something is/was.

A phrase most commonly used to describe 1) a 'decent piece' of ass. It can also describe 2) anything that is good or better. The implied meaning can vary but usually understates the quality of something that is way better than decent.
