Avoiding digital activities such as checking your phone and logging into facebook for a meaningful period of time, usually the length of a vacation.
To improve creative thinking and concentration my doctor ordered a digital detox.
To abstain from dating of any shape form or fashion for a period of time. Usually, for a minimum of 30 days, but it is not uncommon for the time frame to vary from person to person. The ultimate goal is to detox oneself from dating in order to become more aware of self and self love overcoming the dependency and or need to constantly be in a relationship.
