Historically used to reference the Canadian mining company Emerita Resources and the way the CEO misappropriated a land package to enrich himself and several insiders.
'So he dropped the land package for nothing and then gave it to himself later? He's such a Greedy Gower - he'll definitely get caught!'

When people give greedy fingers, they keep their palm face up and hands low; because everybody is equal. Then they beat their fingers in a random pattern. It can be given among groups of people too. It can also be used as a greeting or wave.

A group of individuals between the ages of 18-25 who clam to be straight in sexual orientation, however when the desired amount of alcohol is consumed they perfer the same sex as well as the opposite sex. A "Greedy Looter" is defined as a teammate in PUBG who will loot buildings and not share with his teammates. He will call out an AR but take all of the ammo for it. A prime example of a "Greedy Looter" would be TheDynasty a YouTuber playing on XBOX One X.
