Gridlocked - When there is an internal threat(s) in a school, while performing tornado drill protocol.

Example:
PA: ATTENTION! MULTIPLE INTRUDERS IN THE BUILDING. STAY IN TORNADO DRILL STANCES.
Tim: Bruh, did we really just get gridlocked.
Josh: Bro this dude gonna get on s i c k collateral though.

When your boss creates so many grids and versions of these grids you become locked down updating grids
