Adj: A term used commonly amongs the Asian American to describe a person, things, or situation that is not cool and have an unattractive features. Originally used in Thailand to describe a person from a small village or country side, usually from Laos or Vietnam, who has recently moved into Bangkok. The Thais would pronounce the word Lao without the S. The context of the word used is not in a racist derogatory term but often used to describe their article of clothing and their appearance. Often time their clothing is very different than the Thais in Bangkok. Think of a person from rural America moving into Manhattan, New York (different clothes and hair cut).
Similar to the word lame but more focused on the appearance as being ugly and dull.

LAO is a group of letters when put together right can be turned upside down to make a picture of a stick figure jackin' off. LAO is also a small gang. LAO is not actually a word, some people like to use it as a term for jacking off, but they suck anyway so screw them!
Johnny writes LAO on all his papers and his teachers called his parents to see if he has any emotional problems.

A word mainly used United Kingdom and surrounding areas.
This word, like alot of slang in the UK, has a variety of meanings.
It can mean you disagree with something someone has said, or dont want to do something.
It also means you are not interested in something.
In contrast to this, it can also mean you agree with something, or like something.
Lao is commonly used to express distress or anoyance.

A fictional character in the Mortal Kombat videogame series.
Kung Lao is a former Shaolin Monk and member of the White Lotus Society. In some texts he is said to be the first ever Mortal Kombat winner from Earthrealm, others claim it was his ancestor; "The Great" Kung Lao. Kung Lao is an outspoken pacifist who only chooses to fight when provoked, or when defending his friends or home. His trademark is a razor-rimmed black hat which he uses in combat to kill his enemies.
Example: Kung Lao throws his razor hat at Kano, lodging it in his skull. As Kano lies on the ground convulsing, bleeding from the head; Kung Lao slams his foot into Kano's chest sending his hat flying into the air. Kung Lao effortlessly catches it and places it back on his head. He walks away without looking back...
