A terrible syndrome in which one is born after someone, but someone was born after them as well, making them the in between of their siblings. The only known cure is MURDER, and it NEVER fails. Most common symptoms are crying, being easily annoyed, and being tall BUT not as tall as the oldest child. If you have this or know someone who does, call your doctor or therapist IMMEDIATELY.
Person: did you hear about that classmate who went crazy and killed their siblings?
Person 2: Yeah. They had Middle Child Syndrome, it sucks ASS
attention-seeker, annoying, wanting way too many friends
-their parents control their life
-they feel neglected or unwanted
-at first people like these kids, but then they figure out their true colors
(This situation isn't for all middle kids.)
Person 1: OMG I HATE THAT GIRL! I CAN'T STAND HER!
Person 2: Sweetie, don't blame her! She has Middle Child Disease.
Person 1: Poor girl.

A 3-person drinking card game. Each person will draw one card from the pile in the middle, and whoever has the card that falls between the two is deemed the "middle child", and therefor is required to take a drink. (Ex. one person draws a 3, one person draws a 7, and one person draws a Queen, the person who draws a 7 would have to drink). Aces are High.
If two of the people playing draw the same card, then they are "twinsies", and they are required to High-Five while the "Odd Child" has to take a drink.
In the rare case that all three members draw the same card. Everyone else who is in the room is required to take a shot.
Brit: I pulled an 5.
Alex: BROOOOO, i pulled an 8.
Zach: I pulled a King.
Brit: Alex, You're the Middle Child.....you have to drink.
That's how you play "Middle Child Card Game"

On august 12th, you should appreciate the middle child and be nice to them
hey kiddo make sure you’re you be nice your to your first younger brother for national middle child day!
This would be an oldest sibling, who was ignored like a typical middle sibling but probably due to their parents splitting and having children with their new partners
"What's their problem?"
"They're upset because they're being ignored like a middle sibling."
"Oh they must be an honorary middle child."
August 12- A day to appreciate the middle child in the family by them gifts, give them anything they want so they get a day to them selves.
Susan's favorite day is on August 12 because it's middle child day and she's a middle child.
