Someone who's only responses in a community appears to be formatted like the output you would get from an AI chat bot. The answer often doesn't fully line up with the post its responding too, preferring to dump a large quantity and leaving quality up to chance. Its all about being first with the most (e.g., Like responses seen in ChatGPT, Google's Bard, Microsoft's Bing, Anthropic's Claude.)

As a useless person, any "prompt engineer" can be instantly replaced by anyone else without any decrease in output quality.
"prompt savant" (noun): An inept person (often also an impostor) who has exceptional aptitude in AI prompting to compensate for a lack of knowledge or understanding.
