1. An adjective used to describe something that is both queer and gay at the same time.

2. A pronoun to use as a general scapegoat. Originated in Seattle: a kid with the last name of Quay would always be forced to clean the tables after lunch. Now people give the name to teachers when they are in trouble.

1. Yeah, I guess he can be funny sometimes but he's really quay.

2. Teacher: Hey! No cell phones in the halls, what is your name?
