(Early 90s Slang) A young woman who is promiscuous, usually of Hispanic or Latino decent, from the ghetto, or an impoverished urban area. These women are usually loud, abnoxious, and trashy and can often be found with their six inch bangs hair sprayed straight up, vertically, from the forehead.

The Road Dogs was a "group" before new management took over. The Road Dogs had an extremely large ego and will to play God, especially seeing as it was only one guy running it. The Road Dogs are lying, jackasses and dicks to other people just if they don't listen to what they want.
