adj. A phrase used to describe something that is so uniquely and completely amazing that by simply mentioning this phrase, others should stop in their tracks to take notice of the situation unfolding around them. Generally you would use this phrase to describe something a swude did or said.

When someone takes the day of school/work, claiming "Sickness" when they are not sick.
Mostly used by Australian Students who have a test or assignment due.

When a sick day is taken after being sick, so one can actually enjoy having the day off work.
- Jane: Bob, you look terrible! You should have stayed at home today.
- Bob: Don't worry Jane, I'll be taking a retrospective sickie tomorrow.
To take a day off from work, sick leave, by pretending to be ill.
