The act of imbibing copious amounts of alcohol after a long period of sobriety.

I have been sober for almost five days...time to go into re-tox.

When you need to go to detox to get over yourself.

Continue-tox

When you keep drinking the next day to avoid a hangover, such that you continue the process of toxification (opposed to "detox").

I could feel the onset of a hangover when I woke up, so I chugged a beer to continue-tox.
