THE biggest ghetto in Texas... you can't find a single white person in the whole town. people get shot all the freakin time, and you can't park your car and leave it for half an hour or someone will smash your windows. you do not want to fuck with people from the woodlands.
Yesterday LaRon got shot in the woodlands.

People in The Woodlands, tx are very snobby and arrogant. No one here has individualism in mind and they're usually very mainstream. With the exception of those who try for their own identity, but just end up listening to bad music. You know, because Simple Plan is OH so tuff. Pretty much anyone you meet from the woodlands is fake or unusually closeminded. Here, people like football and meat. A lot.
"hi i listen to bad music, spend 3 hours getting ready, have loads of money, and i tease people."
where you from?
"the woodlands."

Otherwise known as "The Compton of Texas", The Woodlands is the most fuckin ghetto town ever. Don't come to The Woodlands if you are not black, period. The schools are filled with drugs and guns. There are no police in The Woodlands because they are afraid of getting shot. People sleep on matresses under the windows because there are so many drive-bys.
In The Woodlands High School, LaQuincy and Jamal got in a gun fight today at school and shot each other to deaf.
D'JaLaron came out of his house to find his 1982 El Camino sittin on cinderblocks because someone stole his spinner hub caps

A nice down to earth community for the most part, with very little real crime to speak about. Income levels are high, but not the wealthiest or richest part of the Houston area by any means. The richest part is in the city of Houston itself and is called River Oaks. This is where all the oil barons live and where homes can average $10 million+ on some streets, like River Oaks Blvd. I should know. Went to school in River Oaks, and I currently live in The Woodlands. In River Oaks, the kids and even some adults are much more snobbier than they are any place in the suburbs. In River Oaks, it's not not unusual to see high school kids drive the latest model Ferraris, whereas in the Woodlands, you typically only see BMWs and other such type cars. Still, the quality of life is not bad for the suburbs and some people actually have some money.
wannabe rich people, nice area, try hard, The Woodlands

Painted by many as a wholesome, family friendly community. One of the most prominent in Houston, with great schools and ambiance. Anyone who lives here will tell you that it is quite the opposite. Drugs are EVERYWHERE as are elitists and if your kid isnt an athlete; send them elsewhere because the schools here wont teach them anything other than how to judge people. Worst academic facilities anywhere.
Plenty of golf courses, churches and a very elegant mall/river walk. Most of the homes are overpriced and over taxed for what they are (antiques from the 70s and 80s which require excessive maintenance). The newer homes are the same... only newer. Pleasant place to look in brochures at and presumably to visit, but living in The Woodlands is an entirely different story. You can cover a piece of shit in gold dust, but at the end of the day, its still a piece of shit.
The Woodlands is a clear cut case of Haves and Have-nots. If you aren't rich, you are a nobody. Without question the most pretentious, pious over-rated "community" Ive ever lived in.
