If you know what I mean

Usually added to a sentence that makes absolutely no since but makes it sound like its a common phrase. Over all makes everyone really confused.

you know what I mean?

A phrase people say when they're out of ideas when trying to persuade someone.

So basically I'm right and you're wrong. You know what I mean?

if you know what i mean

When added to the end of a sentence makes the reader/listener look for a second meaning.

Also used to provoke confusion when there is no second meaning.

You can add "if you know what i mean" to the end of the sentence to make the reader look for a second meaning, if you know what i mean.
