I mean if something's really funny you end up writing lmao or something. ctm just seems to be more relevent, more often. and as an added plus people can't read it as a word; they would have to say the letters separately, unlike stupid people who actually say lol in real life.

CTM is an acronym for a person, usually of the female persuation, who is not only crazy and thirsty, but adds insult to injury by also being “messy”. A person who is unstable, needs constant attention and does not care who they offend or piss off by being flagrant and open with their behavior. Someone who is both bi-polar and borderline.
