noun- when someone is acting childish or weird and need to be called a word more offensive than stupid.

A person ( of albanian origin mostly ) that is spaced out 99% of the time (doesn't mean he/she is high, they are just like that). It can also be used when somebody has a very ugly name and you wanna make fun of him/her.
