Someone who is mixed that looks like a white person.
Greg is such a Cracker Passer, he looks so white.
Someone who always complains about a certain thing but never does anything about it. They tend to “pass the buck” when confronted about them not doing anything.

“I shouldn’t have to fix it”

“Well what are you doing about it”
“I’m too busy”
She is such a buck passer, always bitching about it but never helps.
