Nigger pavement is any road, sidewalk etc... that has potholes, cracks or any type of imperfectness to it.

Refers to a song by Adele in which she ponders the question: should I give up (this relationship where my BF is cheating on me) or should I just keep chasing pavements? (sidewalks. Staying in the relationship even if it leads nowhere). Adele realized how ridiculous it was that all she was doing was chasing pavements in this crappy relationship and used it as a metaphor.
