Conditon making one's legs shaky and unresponsive following moderate to long sessions sitting on a toilet.
I spent nearly an hour pushing that one out. With the worst case of shit house polio i can remember, it took me ten more minutes just to make it to the sink.
When your legs go numb because you were taking a long shit.

Having sit on the toilet so long that your legs lose blood flow, causing you to have trouble walking when getting up.
He stayed on the crapper so long that he had a bad case of toilet bowl polio and could hardly walk out of the bathroom.

When one spends more time than necessary, clearly violating the fifteen minute maximum rule for being on the toilet, blood flow to the legs is reduced causing numbness. The legs and feet then fall asleep. When finished, walking now becomes quite challenging. The steps taken by the sufferer resemble those taken of people with polio.
