In computer and console games, slang for a (usually downloadable) texture - occasionally accompanied by a 3D model - that will replace one in the game for aesthetic purposes.

To rip someone off, to be unfair.

Usually used when money's changing hands, this is almost always used regarding hard to trace transactions between freinds.

ie. Dividing drugs.
