Corporator

One who forwards a Corporate objective and interest. Such a person may or may not hold employment with a Corporation. He or she may also be an outsider who's services have been retained so to perform certain tasks on behalf of either a singular or collective Corporate bodies.

Former Congressman John Mckim is a Corporator for General Motors. His services has been retained in a Lobbyist capacity, so to push forward the interests of General Motors Corporation.
