bling-yo

~ If one were to be dragged off to play Bingo with a grandmother at a place where a lot of them showed up,
for no reason just randomly shout 'Bling-yo!' even if you haven't got it.

The point to this is to pretend you thought you had it, and see how long it takes someone to shout at you.

~ An anti-adult statement (you can't be older than 18 to say it without someone laughing.

'Bling-yo!'
'Shut up with that!'
'Bling-yo!'
'Get out!'

wall bling

The fancy wall dΓ©cor one receives after completing college, being inducted into greek fraternities/sororities/societies, or garnering an award for some academic achievement. Also, a convenient way to annoy bosses with less education than you by making them feel inferior each time they enter your office.

Co-worker 1: Hey, check out my wall bling. It has scrollwork!

Co-worker 2: Dude, that is sweet. My wall bling’s embossed.

Boss *looking into office*: And you two are??

Co-worker 1: Discussing the coefficient matrix of procedure 324.16A and how it relates to the efficiency of extradition with regards to our overseas competitors and the fabrication of onerous equivalents.

Co-worker 2: Exactly. We think it may be advantageous to consider the premature loading of toroidal olykoeks and perhaps finish it with a decocotion of aromatics.

Boss *looking bewildered*: Ahem, carry on.

Bling-top

A concatenation of the slang bling (i.e. flash, ornamental, tacky) and the computer hardware suffix "top" (e.g. desk-top, lap-top, palm-top), "bling-top" refers to the non-tan, non-black, non-grey genre' of lap-top computers being sold today.

Typically these are silver, colored alloy, or just plain whacky looking and have several hot-keys.

Bling-top is most often used in a business/professional environment where flashy isn't always a good thing.

Hotline Bling

Hotline Bling is a song by Drake, but secretly Drake is actually Curley from 'Of Mice & Men' possessing the inside of Drake's body. Curley, inside the body of Drake, expresses his deep emotion towards his wife, better known to us as, Curley's wife.
"Started wearing less and going out more" Is a line sang by Curley. NOT BY DRAKE, IT IS CURLEY IN DRAKE'S BODY. This line gives us special insights into the novel, which Steinbeck does not tell us. Curley's wife left the ranch to go meet Lennie in the brush every night. This explains how she went out more and contrasts perfectly with Hotline Bling. Curley's wife is Lennie's 'Hotline Bling.'
