"Om telolet om" is a term that used by indonesian youth community to ask truck,bus,or wheeler to honk for fun.
since most of the horn are modified to variation of tunes,

Om mean uncle, or sir
telolet are slang word for horn/honk/or noise that produced by vehicular horn.
it's like asking DJ to drop the beat, ghetto style.
