This is a term used as a means of exclamation or admiration when you notice someone has purchased or received a new clothing item.
The exclamation of the word “woahhh” is particularly distinct, and is the iconic part of the phrase. The term “woahh new coat” is primarily used to describe coats, but also other clothing items or even accessories.
Side note, the exclamation of the “woahh” comes from the way the fictional character tony stark says “woahhh” when trying on peter parker’s goggles.
The pronunciation of the “woahhh” is said as “woah-oh-oh” (rapidly so the breaks flow into one woahh)

1)Fear of going to the doctor or dentist.
2)High blood pressure due to anxiety about surgery or dental work.
The dentist couldn't pull my wisdom teeth today because my blood pressure was too high. Could be due to White Coat Fever.
I can't make my appointment today because I have White Coat Fever. I'll have to reschedule.

A secondary shool in Walsall filled with semi-smart people who think they're too prestige for their own sixth form, and hit up Sandwell College with their 4s & 5s in GCSEs.
The asians got dead tunes in p.e and the whites rely on the blacks for any semblance of class humour. Oh, and our school slogan sounds like it came out of a class contest from Blue Coat Junior School.
But on the bright side, there's no serious racism, the school's right next to town, and it's better education than Joseph Leckie but more dead than most schools.
"oh are you coming sixth form?"
"no way jose, blue coat academy sucks I'd rather go Walsall College or something."

Someone who hangs around popular or famous people to gain their fans and friends.
The Coat-Tail rider will do anything to please whoever they are clinging to to remain in their spot light.
When the person they're coat tail riding isn't popular anymore, they move on to someone else.
They can do this in person, on twitter or any social networking site.
Girl 1- "Did you see Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus hanging out recently? I thought Demi's bff was Selena."
Girl 2- "Well that's because She's a coat-tail rider. She hangs around Miley and Jonas because she'll get more offers if she's linked to them."
"That girl used to work at a grocery store, but she became this guys biggest coat-tail rider and earned a job as an assistant to his fashion designer sister."
