"Freedom to Speak" is the way to say "Freedom of Speech" which makes more sense because it encourages people to speak more than when that right and freedom are called the "Freedom of Speech."
"Freedom of Speech" is a way of wording the "freedom to speak" in a way that distances the speaker(s) from the act. Humans do not "speech," they speak and can give a "speech." Calling that freedom the "Freedom to Speak" encourages people to speak more often and for longer swaths of time than when it is called the "Freedom of Speech." It is time to start using the expression which encourages Americans to SPEAK UP more. " God is in the details."

I work in a hospital. Over the years, I have noticed the Human Resources director expresses himself using the same old, tired phrases. Then my boss started using them! Such as, it is what it is, instead of giving me an answer to my question. Instead of saying "I talked to so and so, it is ALWAYS, "I touched base". "Reach out" is just texting somebody. The worst is " I shared that with so and so". I feel like I should say, Thanks for Sharing!

A method to make oneself aware of certain things one was not aware of until one began speaking to oneself or others (and preferably recorded what one said) about something (to be able to analyze it).
Speaking extemporaneously to myself and audio-recording it has helped me realize certain things I was not aware of until I said them. That process is called "speaking to discover".
Used to make fun of metal posers, the metal equivalent of leet speak.
You take a bunch of genres, bands, and famous metal musicians and you make a random inaccurate statement or you just spell the names wrong for a band and famous musician.
Typical examples of Poser Speak:
"Maytallica was not even thrash during mister of puppets, kill yourself poser"
"DION RUINED BLACK SLABBATH"
" I'm pretty sure Tom Araya era Metallica was the best, their best album was Holy Diver # Grind Core #Not Thrash "
"Paranoid was Opeth's best album # Thrash for lyfe"
Reverse Speak is a method of physiological propaganda. (see Concern Trolling) Whereas perpetrators present purposeful misinformation to their target group while feigning allegiance (Usually by presenting said information inside in-group zones or by using their dialect) While usually being targeted at newer or casual members, this can cause confusion, misdirection and strife among the whole group. When done in large enough numbers can cause a domino effect when users take the misinformation as the status quo, and begin to echo said information among other users. If done for a long enough time (new users will mould themselves to new information) will cause a maturity plateau. Where legitimate users who believe said misinformation will out-populate or out-control the original users belief systems. Reverse speak is when these newer users unknowingly or inadvertently echo the previously stated misinformation. Believing it to be speech of the group.
