A song by DragonForce that epitomizes everything that is wrong with rock music at this time. Because of its presence in Guitar Hero III (and its unprecedented complexity), some have construed it as a good song. This effect has also made genuine rock classics (Sunshine of Your Love, Smoke on the Water, Paranoid) seem inferior, when they are actually just more pleasing to listen to.

"Going Through Electroshock" (or GTE for short), is a reference to the novel and movie, "Watchmen". As portrayed in the film, Dr. Manhatten goes through an Electroshock experiment, and his pigment is changed to a Sky-Regular Bluish tonality.
The term Going Through Electroshock, refers STRICTLY to having "Blue Balls", much in the way that Dr. Manhatten had.

Pike through Ike is the latest in the series of Jump the Shark and nuke the fridge. It refers to the moment in the Presidential debates where John McCain makes a bombastic claim that General Eisenhower offered to resign on the eve of D-Day. He did not.
