Trish fine is the opposite of actually fine.
When all hell is breaking lose yet the situation is out of your control, one may describe it as "Trish fine."
Oh, you cant see out of one eye and have a 60 hour PowerPoint project to create w no help, for free? Amazing. That's entirely Trish fine.

"I'm Fine", is the immediate response from people struggling and needing help. If someone you know tells you that they mean they don't want to talk about it but need you to be there for them. Because depression is most dangerous when you have no support and you are unwilling to ask for help. "F" falling, "I" insecure "N" not good enough "E" empty.

Person A : You look sad how do you feel?
