She filed uttering threats charges against him when it wasn't directed at her. She's a rat.
Normally a rodent that was introduced throughout the world by Europeans but it can also be used to describe a kid that tried to grow out a mullet and failed causing him to look like a rat. They also normally have weird teeth and high pitches voices

Example: sally tells her friend who has a big mouth that Sean reported Sally to the cops because Sally spit in Sean's face but he did not and no cops came to see Sally.
Sally is a rat for lying about Sean, because she didnt like him.
An animal that is mostly forgotten except for middle and high schoolers using it to call friends names.
Person 1: Yea, I told the teacher.
