Drag Effect

The phenomenon of farting, and walking away with the intention of avoiding potential embarrassment. However, the fart is dragged away with the culprit as the underwear and pants act as a fishing net that encapsulates, and sweeps the fart with it. The culprit does not walk away from the fart, but instead drags the fart with them.

Kevin: One sec, I'll brb, I needa squeeze one out.
Jake: That's chill, but remember to walk away to an ISOLATED area, as the drag effect will soon be implemented.
Kevin: How could I forget? Thanks! How can I prevent drag effect?
Jake: Wear mesh shorts, or drop your non-mesh pants to the floor before walking away, that'll do the trick.

worf effect

The principle that, in fiction, the strongest member of the cast gets utterly wailed on in order to establish just how powerful the villain of the week is. Differs from the Red Shirt in that the Red Shirt isn't given any characterization beyond his/her name, while the Worf is a properly developed character. Named after Worf in Star Trek, wherein he kept getting trashed by the bad guys.

Yo, did you see that new show?

Yeah! That tough guy wound up getting curb stomped.

Worf effect, no doubt.

Adderal is not a party drug. Trust me, I got alcohol poisoning from the fourloko effect.”

The Asing Effect

When the Dunning-Kruger Effect is insufficient in describing the boundless depths of the sufferer's ineptitude.

Adam believes the Earth is flat and due to his raging case of the Asing Effect, he believes he can win any debate on the subject against field-leading astronomers. Don't be like Adam. It's ok to admit when you have no expertise or even knowledge of a subject.
