Generally a woman named Melinda or Judy that is single in her 40s (occasionally divorced in her late 50s), that wears a navy suit while researching and communicating health benefits. Other useless tasks endeavored include interviewing more qualified people then they are and facilitating sexual harassment trainings to those in the verge of bringing the company down with sexual exploitations of their admins.

What you say to customers, who have nothing better to do than complain and blame you for their life problems, when they believe that you are the bane of their existence ( usually via coupons expiring, websites being faulty or the weather being dangerous), but it is your job to not only deal with said problems, but also show that you know exactly what you are doing. All while not telling them that they are idiots and/or that they need to learn common sense or manners.
Customer: why won't you deliver to me?
Me: there's ice on the roads, a major accident, Nuclear fallout and you're out of our area

Management style focusing solely on relaying information and instruction from the ownership level to the staff level and vice versa. A Copper wire is simply a conductor which transfers energy from one end to the other, it does not generate a spark on its own. As such appropriately named, this management style does not initiate any process, legitimate or perceived, it takes no responsibility for outcomes by routinely holding the other end of the copper wire responsible when one end has raised any issue.
